Cindy Lee is a Senior Talent Management Specialist at Temus, where efforts are focused on reimagining the employee experience through AI technologies. Previously, at Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center in Singapore, Cindy served as a Culture Innovation Partner, establishing organizational culture and implementing frameworks for culture diagnosis and leadership assessment. In earlier roles, Cindy pioneered a development and coaching culture at Kuok Singapore Limited Group and contributed to transforming training initiatives at Sentosa Development Corporation. Additionally, Cindy has experience in employer branding from positions at Sentosa and Shopee, as well as experience in recruitment at Fuji Xerox Singapore and SearchAsia Consulting. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) with Distinction in Psychology from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Human Resource Management with Psychology from Singapore Polytechnic.
