Andy Scott has over a decade of work experience in various roles and industries. Andy began their career as a Teacher of English at Shane from January 2008 to July 2009, and then at St. Giles International from July 2009 to May 2010.
In 2010, Andy joined Ten Lifestyle Group and assumed the position of Lifestyle Manager from June 2010 to October 2011. Andy then transitioned to the role of Project Support Manager from November 2011 to June 2012. Andy was subsequently promoted to Head of Region | Japan from July 2012 to December 2015, where they managed a department of 60 staff and handled key client relationships.

Andy's contributions were recognized, and they were promoted to Regional Director | North America at Ten Lifestyle Group in September 2017. In this position, they were responsible for improving profitability and service quality in the US and Canadian markets. Andy successfully turned the regional profitability from negative to above 40% and significantly improved NPS and staff retention rates.
Andy continued to excel within the company and was appointed as Global CX Director in January 2020. In this role, they founded Ten's CX department and established a team that collaborates with global and regional stakeholders to prioritize service quality. Andy's responsibilities include tasks such as tech roadmapping, payment processes, customer service training, and monetized NPS. Andy and their team also validate key assumptions for the organization's business strategy.

Andy Scott completed a BA (Hons) in Phonetics and Linguistics from UCL, from 2002 to 2005. In 2014 and 2015, they participated in the JMEC Business Plan Competition, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they obtained a Japanese Language Proficiency Level 3 certification from Alliance Francaise CEFP 2 in January 2009.
