Diego Oliveira has a diverse work experience. Diego first worked as an Auxiliar de piso at Dufry do Brasil Duty Free Shop for a short period in 2013. In 2016, they joined Teleperformance as a Bilingual Technical Support Consultant and worked there until 2017. Diego then worked at FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração as an Administrative Intern from 2018 to 2019. Afterwards, Diego returned to Teleperformance and held the position of Bilingual Quality Analyst and later, Technical Support Consultant until 2023. Currently, they work at Ten Lifestyle Group as a Junior Service Excellence Analyst, starting in March 2023.
Diego Oliveira completed their Superior degree in Tecnologia em Processos Gerenciais from Centro Universitário Eniac, studying from 2017 to 2019. Diego then pursued a degree in Quality Assurance- Analista de qualidade at Teleperformance academy from 2019 to 2020, focusing on Atendimento ao Cliente/Call Center/Telemarketing. Earlier, in 2010 to 2011, Diego also studied Redes de Computadores at Centro Universitário Eniac, specializing in Tecnologia da Informação.
Diego has obtained several certifications as well. In July 2020, Diego received a certification in Aplicações de Big Data e Inteligência Artificial from FIA Business School. In March 2020, they obtained a certification called "Jump teleperformance" from Teleperformance. Additionally, Diego obtained a certification in Redes de computadores from Centro Universitário Eniac in April 2015. Diego also completed a certification titled "Rotary Club- Formação de novos líderes" from Rotary International in October 2013.
