Tracy Geldert

Tracy Geldert has a strong background in various leadership roles across different industries. Tracy started their career in 1991 at Gap, Inc, where they served as a Senior Director of Marketing and Visual Operations and later as a Regional Director of Stores until 2004. From 2004 to 2015, Tracy worked at The Family Coppola, where they held multiple positions including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive, President, and Vice President. In 2015, they joined Crimson Wine Group as a Senior Consultant for a short period. The same year, they became the Chief Operating Officer of Ten Lifestyle Group, where they played a significant role in expanding operations to include the USA and Mexico.
