Megan-Elizabeth Baldwin has worked in a variety of roles in the creative industry, beginning in 2011 as a Fashion Copywriter for Bloomingdale's. In 2012, they were Creative Director for Chromatic Gallerie and Director Editorial + Creative Strategy for STORY/ThisisStory.com. In 2016, they became a 72U Creative Residency for 72andSunny. In 2018, they were Director of Creative Strategy Brand Experience at Macy's, Senior Manager Global Innovation and Brand Partnerships at Twentieth Century Fox, and Consulting Trend Forecaster at WARM + COOL. In 2019, they were Director of Human Connection for ateam.co and, in 2020, Writer and Creative Director. Currently, they are Creative Director for Ten Percent Happier.

Megan-Elizabeth Baldwin attended The George Washington University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism and American Studies.
