Bridgett Paradise

Bridgett Paradise is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Member at Chief since November 2022, Bridgett has been the Chief People Officer at Tenable since March 2018, overseeing strategic human resource initiatives. Additionally, Bridgett held the position of Industry Co-Chair at the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education from June 2022 to June 2023. Prior roles include Chief People Officer at Citadel Securities and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where responsibility encompassed leading human capital strategies for thousands of employees. Bridgett also spent over two decades at Microsoft Corporation in various HR leadership positions, including General Manager for Worldwide Services and Senior Director for Global Talent Acquisition.
