Alex Delpleche

Alex Delpleche is an experienced professional in the finance and compliance sectors, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for NJCAA since January 2024 and as Managing Director of Business Strategy & Integration at State Street since November 2016. Prior roles include Vice President positions at both Charles River Development and State Street Global Markets, specializing in strategic integration and regulatory compliance, along with a role as Global AML Lead at State Street Global Exchange. Alex has also been a Board Member for Tenacity since August 2021 and served as Principal Examiner at FINRA from May 2010 to November 2016. Earlier experience includes roles at Fidelity Investment, covering senior compliance, credit risk, and conversion analysis. Alex holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College's Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a B.S.B.A in Sports Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
