Yasmin Mohd Ramzi FCMA, CGMA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, governance, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member at TNB Global Captive (L) Ltd. and TNB Integrated Learning Solution - ILSAS, Yasmin has held multiple leadership roles at Tenaga Nasional Berhad since September 2018, including Head of People Strategy, Head of Strategy & Transformation, and Head of GBS Service Delivery. Additionally, Yasmin contributes as a Board Member for the CGMA Exam and Chair of the South East Asia Regional Board at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. Previous roles include Head of Governance & Compliance at Petrofac and various senior finance positions at Shell, where responsibilities encompassed global finance management, governance, risk assurance, and operational leadership across multiple regions.
