JULIAN RODRIGUEZ MORENO

Julian Rodriguez Moreno has a diverse work experience in the field of IT project management and system analysis. JULIAN began their career in 2004 as an Analyst at COLSUBSIDIO, where they were responsible for supporting and improving various systems, such as the Single Collection System, Education System, Subsidy System, and Health System. JULIAN utilized tools like Oracle Developer and PL/SQL for development and database management. In 2006, Julian joined Synapsis as an Application Analyst, where they developed applications using Oracle Developer, PL-SQL, Visual Basic, and Java for energy distribution systems. JULIAN also managed extensive databases and conducted system migrations. Later, in 2010, Julian joined Enel as a Project Manager ICT, overseeing technical solution administration for energy distribution systems. JULIAN also served as a functional analyst and architect for several major projects, including the migration and implementation of CORE distribution systems for the ENEL group. JULIAN was involved in maintaining and developing various modules, such as the web portal, quality of supply, operation module for BT network, and operation module for public lighting. Julian's most recent employment is at Tenant Evaluation, where they hold the position of IT Project Manager starting in 2021.

Julian Rodriguez Moreno completed their education in two major institutions. From 1999 to 2004, they attended Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito, where they earned a degree in Ingeniería de Sistemas (Systems Engineering). Following this, from 2013 to 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Management in Software Engineering with a focus on Information Technology and Strategic Direction at Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana UNINI in Puerto Rico.
