Manuel Mena possesses extensive experience in maintenance and production management across various industries. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Tenaris since February 2019, Manuel previously held similar roles at JLL and TreadWright Tires, where responsibilities included ensuring continuous improvements in maintenance activities, leading production operations, and executing cost-effective strategies. At JLL, Manuel managed maintenance for multiple sites and fostered a safety-first culture while overseeing performance in robotics operations. Prior experience as Project Manager at TAPP, inc. and Production Manager at Zerboni Packaging Inc. included project oversight and the implementation of process improvements, leading to significant reductions in production defects and increases in output.
