Micaela Racioppe

Micaela Racioppe's work experience includes various roles in the HR and compensation fields. Micaela started their career at Tenaris in 2011 as a Global Trainee in the Accounting Shared Service Center. Micaela then became a Global Trainee in the Business Unit Argentina, where they worked as a Credit & Collection Analyst and later transitioned to the role of HR Planning Senior Analyst. In 2016, they joined Ultrapetrol SA as an HR Planning SR Analyst and later became the Jefe de Compensaciones, Beneficios & HRPL. In 2019, they returned to Tenaris as a Compensation & Organization Specialist and then moved on to become a Compensation & Organization Senior Manager. Currently, they serve as the HR Director at Tenaris. Prior to their time at Tenaris and Ultrapetrol SA, Micaela worked at Distribuidora Doloques as a Contador público de gestión, overseeing financial management and projections for the company.

Micaela Racioppe attended Universidad Atlántida Argentina from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Contador Público. Micaela also has a certification in the Tenaris Advanced Management Program, obtained in 2023 from Tenaris.
