Paolo Novelli

Paolo Novelli has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily with Tenaris. Paolo started working at Tenaris in 2007 as a Product Engineer, where they handled technical specifications and production activities for risers and pipelines in the SURF segment. Later, they served as a Researcher at Politecnico di Milano in 2005.

Returning to Tenaris in 2009, Paolo held multiple roles, including Product Manager and Sales Manager for Sub Saharan Africa. As a Product Manager, their responsibilities included technical marketing activities, project leadership in R&D development, and product management for the oil and gas industry.

Currently, Paolo is working as a Technical Sales Director at Tenaris. Paolo has held various positions within the company, including Technical Sales Project Director and Technical Sales Regional Director. In their current role, Paolo oversees sales operations across Europe, Caspian and Africa, with a focus on energy transition.

Paolo Novelli completed their secondary education at Liceo Scientifico Mascheroni from 1994 to 1999. Paolo then pursued their higher education at Politecnico di Milano, graduating with a Laurea degree in Ingegneria dei Materiali from 2000 to 2005.
