Spencer Sharpe

Spencer Sharpe has extensive work experience in software engineering and web development. Spencer worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Tend, overseeing a team of offshore engineers and leading the development of core features. Spencer also worked as a Software Engineer at Tend, specializing in frontend development and implementing booking and intake flows. Prior to Tend, they worked as a Front End Engineer at CBS Interactive, where they developed websites using JavaScript, ReactJS, and jQuery. Spencer also gained experience as a Software Developer at Groups360 and a Junior Software Engineer at SmileDirectClub. Spencer's career began as a Teaching Assistant at Nashville Software School, where they assisted students with code reviews and debugging. Spencer also completed a Web Development Bootcamp during this time. Before entering the tech industry, they held various supervisory roles, including Supervisor at Ugly Mugs Coffee & Tea and Studio Manager at Atlas Productions. Spencer started their career as a Barista at Shades of Brown Coffee and Art and a Server at Hideaway Pizza.
