Erin Hallmark McMillan

Erin Hallmark McMillan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Erin currently works as a Product User Documentation Writer at Tendo since April 2022. Previously, they worked at Instructure from November 2012 to February 2022, with roles including Manager of Release Communications, Manager of Documentation, Team Lead of Documentation, Senior Documentation Specialist, and Documentation Coordinator.

Before joining Instructure, Erin worked as a Marketing Communications Manager at GoFoods Global from October 2010 to June 2012. Erin also had a freelance communications role at Hallmark Ink from August 2009 to June 2012. Additionally, they served as a Marketing Communications Manager at Zrii from April 2009 to August 2010.

Earlier in their career, Erin worked at Tahitian Noni International from May 2004 to April 2009, holding positions such as Corporate Communications Manager, Senior Writer/Editor, and Administrative Assistant. Erin began their professional journey as an Editorial Assistant at Independent Study, BYU Continuing Education Department at Brigham Young University from August 2003 to May 2004.

Erin Hallmark McMillan completed their high school education at Brighton High School from 1996 to 1999. Erin later pursued their undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at Brigham Young University, Erin focused on the fields of English, Editing, Technical Writing, and Business. Subsequently, they furthered their education at Utah State University from 2006 to 2009, earning a Master of Science degree in Technical Communication.
