Firoz Memon

Firoz Memon is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in front-end engineering leadership and software development across various prominent companies. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at Tendo since December 2023, Firoz previously held positions as Head of Frontend and Senior Staff Engineer at Stardust, as well as Senior Software Engineer at Uber. Firoz co-founded CrowdDefend and has contributed to the architecture and implementation of multiple applications at MetroMile and Okta, where significant projects included a complete rewrite of primary end user applications. With early career experience at Deem, Sun Microsystems, n&k Technology, and Varian, Firoz has cultivated a robust background in software development methodologies and technologies, complemented by a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
