Mohamed Baa

Mohamed Baa is currently a Sales Development Representative at Teneo, with previous experience as a Scrum Master at Capital One and Enterprise Rent-A-Car & National Car Rental. At Capital One, responsibilities included promoting Agile principles, creating a collaborative environment, and facilitating Agile ceremonies while balancing workloads between onshore and offshore teams. During tenure at Enterprise, Mohamed managed product backlogs, facilitated key Agile meetings, tracked project progress, and served as a liaison between stakeholders and teams.
