Michael Quijano, CHC, currently serves as the Hospital and Physician Practice Compliance & Privacy Officer at Tenet Healthcare, overseeing compliance and privacy matters at Nacogdoches Medical Center and Texas TPR Markets since October 2021. Prior roles include Texas Physician Practice Regional Compliance Officer and Interim Hospital Compliance Officer at Healthcare Partners Investments, LLC, as well as various compliance and training positions at ProScribe from June 2015 to September 2021. Michael's experience also includes working as a Contact Tracing Case Investigator with The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and serving as an Americorps Member through the university. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare at Rice Business, Michael holds a Bachelor of Multidisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, focusing on Health Services Technology, Business Administration, and Biology.
