Sydney Tafa

Sydney Tafa has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Sydney started their career at Adventist Health Lodi Memorial as a Quality Management & Medical Staff Services Coordinator from November 2011 to September 2013. Sydney then joined Millennium Health, where they held multiple roles including Project Coordinator from December 2013 to October 2015, Project Manager from October 2015 to January 2017, and Corporate Operations Manager from January 2017 to October 2018. Sydney is currently working at Tenet Healthcare as the Director of Program Management for Hospital Operations since October 2018. Sydney has also served as the Director of Program Management for Tenet Physician Resources since October 2019 and will assume the position of Senior Director of Strategy in May 2023.

Sydney Tafa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature from UC Santa Barbara. In addition, Sydney has studied Spanish Language and Literature at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. They also hold certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from ProgressivEdge, inc. and a Professional Certificate in Project Management from SDSU College of Education.
