Tom Arnst

Tom Arnst serves as chief administrative officer and general counsel of Tenet Healthcare, where he oversees enterprise Human Resources and legal operations. He also serves as chief risk officer.

Prior to assuming these roles, Arnst served as chief administrative officer and general counsel of Conifer. He has more than 30 years of experience working in leadership roles across healthcare, outsourcing and financial services, among other industries.

Before joining Conifer in 2018, Arnst served as chief administrative officer at Millennium Health. Previous positions also include executive vice president, chief administrative officer, general counsel and corporate secretary at Expert Global Solutions.

During his career, Arnst has also held executive positions at Safety-Kleen, AmeriServe, RailTex and Ryder.

He is a graduate of the University of Miami, where he received his Juris Doctor and his Masters of Law. He obtained his BBA in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
