Wilf Cleave

Wilf Cleave is a seasoned business leader and tax head-hunter with over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Tenet Search since April 2021, Wilf specializes in placing tax professionals within alternative funds, institutional investors, and corporate clients, while also conducting CFO and Treasurer searches. Prior to Tenet Search, Wilf held the position of Director at Goodman Masson for over a decade, where responsibilities included leading multiple teams across various tax and finance divisions. Additional experience includes a role as a Consultant at WH Marks Sattin and serving as Marketing Director at Avalon School. Wilf holds an LLB in Law from the University of Sussex.
