Ron Lejman

Ron Lejman has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ron currently serves as the Managing Director at Tenex Capital Management, a private investment firm focused on the middle market. Their role involves creating value through operational expertise and working closely with management to optimize enterprise performance. In addition to their current role, Ron also holds board member positions in multiple companies including Rose Paving LLC, Perennial Services Group, Oliver Inc., OnlineLabels.com, Orbus Exhibit & Display Group, Big Bolt LLC, and Smile Design Dentistry. Before their current positions, Ron served as the Chairman of the Board at Auveco LLC from 2018 to 2022 and Empire Auto Parts, LLC from 2018 to 2021.

Ron Lejman earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they attended from 1986 to 1990. Ron then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. During their time at Kellogg, which spanned from 1993 to 1995, Ron focused on finance, marketing, and decision sciences.
