Uve Poom

Uve Poom is currently the Head of Operations at Tenity, focusing on startup acceleration and corporate partnerships. Prior to this role, Uve has gained experience as a Financial Advisor at FUNKI, Head of the Supervisory Board at Beetroot Academy, COO at SupplierPlus, CEO & Founder of BudgetMatador.com, and CEO of The Unitas Foundation. Uve also has a background in fundraising and business consulting from Civitta. Uve holds a Master's Degree in Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies from Stanford University, an MBA from Estonian Business School, and a Bachelor's Degree in Education Management from Tallinn University.
