Dmitri Konson

Dmitri Konson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dmitri began their career at Saint-Petersburg State Politechnical University, where they worked as a Project Engineer, supporting pilot technology projects and teaching courses to undergraduate students. Dmitri then moved on to work at Saint-Petersburg Financial and Investment Consultants as the Head of Privatization and Corporatization Department, facilitating privatization and corporatization of a manufacturing enterprise. After that, they joined Britax Rainsfords as an Engineering Team Leader, managing new product and process development projects. Dmitri then transitioned to Boeing, where they served as a Program Engineer, leading the implementation of modular design architectures in the Payloads Seats Department. Following their time at Boeing, they joined Trico Products, holding roles such as Senior Engineer, Engineering Supervisor, and Systems Engineering Manager, responsible for wiper system development and integration. Lastly, Dmitri joined Tenneco Inc., where they held various leadership roles including Chief Engineer, Director of Advanced Engineering, Executive Director of Global Product Line Engineering and Advanced Engineering, and Vice President of Global Engineering. In these roles, they led large teams and spearheaded the development of new technologies, resulting in successful product launches and cost reduction. Throughout their career, Dmitri has demonstrated expertise in engineering, project management, and leadership.

Dmitri Konson obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University in 1989. Dmitri later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Adelaide, which they completed in 2002.
