Ryan Marquez

Ryan Marquez currently serves as an Overnight Educator at the Tennessee Aquarium, where engagement with guests and ensuring participant safety are key responsibilities. As the Jim Hill Diversity Fellow for Education and Chapter President for the Public Relations Student Society of America at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga, Ryan has fostered collaborations with local PR chapters and coordinated significant events. Previous roles include Career Advisor at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Media Specialist at the American Youth Foundation, and various animal care internships across multiple zoological institutions. Ryan's strong foundation in communication is supported by a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and an Associate of Science from Massachusetts Bay Community College.
