D C Hines

D C Hines has extensive experience in the credit union industry, currently serving as a Consultant for the Tennessee Credit Union League since April 2022. Previously, D C Hines held the position of Director of Development at Bowater Credit Union from October 2020 to April 2022. D C Hines also served as President and CEO, as well as Executive Vice President, at Bowater Employees Credit Union for over three decades, from April 1987 to September 2020. Earlier career roles include League Representative at the Tennessee Credit Union League from February 1983 to April 1987 and CETA Youth Director for Anderson County Schools from January 1978 to January 1983. D C Hines holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Industrial Management from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
