Andy Kidd

Andy Kidd currently serves as the Deputy Commissioner for Fiscal and Administrative Services at the Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging since September 2019. Prior experience includes roles as the Director of Business Operations at the Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration and various positions at the Tennessee Department of General Services, culminating as the Director of Sourcing. Andy's earlier career features an Operations Specialist role at Public Consulting Group and a Donor Recruitment Manager position at Marsh Regional Blood Center. Academically, Andy holds a B.B.A. in Management and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University, along with a Doctor of Law degree from Nashville School of Law.
