Hailey Langowski

Hailey Langowski is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Benefits & Compensation with the Tennessee Titans after holding various HR roles within the organization since October 2019. Prior to this, Hailey worked at UBS from December 2017 to October 2019, progressing through positions from HR Operations Specialist to Strategic Initiatives Lead, focusing on onboarding and operations. Earlier career experience includes a tenure at The Advisory Board Company, where Hailey was promoted to Senior Associate in Recruiting, successfully managing full life-cycle recruitment and campus initiatives.
