Dr. Lynnette Smith

Dr. Lynnette Smith, DSL, CWDP, currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Tennessee Wesleyan University and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at both Chattanooga State Community College and Oakwood University. Previous roles include Senior Corporate Recruiter at UnitedHealth Group, DOD Workforce Readiness Consultant at Zeiders Enterprises, and Corporate Manager of Employee Services at PlayCore. Dr. Smith has also held the position of Director of Career Services at Tennessee Wesleyan University from 2011 to 2015. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Business in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University.
