Daniella Phair

Daniella Phair serves as the Head of Legal - Content and Digital at Tennis Australia since September 2022. Prior to this role, Daniella was a Senior Legal Counsel in Strategic Customer Engagements at Amazon Web Services from October 2021 to August 2022 and held various legal positions at Amazon from June 2017 to October 2021, focusing on retail shopping experiences and corporate counsel for Amazon Photos. Daniella's legal career began at King & Wood Mallesons, where contributions included drafting major telecommunications agreements and advising on IP structures. Additional experiences include a secondee role at Telstra providing legal advice on software licensing and volunteer work at the Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service. Daniella holds a BA/LLB (First Class Hons. in Law) from Monash University and studied at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin.
