James Cross

James Cross is an accomplished professional in the tech industry, currently serving as Co-Founder of Tenor since April 2024, focusing on enhancing managerial effectiveness at major corporations through AI solutions. Prior to Tenor, James held various leadership roles at Workday from August 2015 to June 2023, including Vice President of Workforce Products, where management of a 55-person team focused on developing products for the extended workforce. Additional roles at Workday involved Vice President of Product Strategy, overseeing new market entries, and Director of Learning Products, leading the announcement, launch, and growth of Workday's LMS. Earlier in career, James was part of the founding team at MediaCore Technologies, which was acquired by Workday in 2015. James Cross holds a Bachelor of Music from The University of Sheffield, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
