Ignacio Loayza Campos

Ignacio Loayza Campos has diverse work experience in the field of data science, teaching, and research. Ignacio is currently working as a Data Scientist at Tenpo since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director at DataLab USM from August 2022. Ignacio also worked as a Data Science career teacher at Desafío Latam from June 2019 to May 2023.

In addition, Ignacio has worked as a Data Scientist at Ripley Chile from December 2022 to April 2023. Ignacio held the position of Adjunct Professor in Computational Statistics and Artificial Neural Networks at Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María from March 2022 to October 2022. Ignacio Loayza Campos completed their education at the Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria. Ignacio obtained a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, specializing in Computer Science and Software Engineering, from 2012 to 2021. Later, from 2021 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. In addition to their formal education, Ignacio also obtained certifications in Python for Data Science from IBM in June 2018 and achieved a B1 level on the TOEIC L&R exam, scoring 940 points, in August 2018.
