Trish Phillips

Trish Phillips currently serves as the Director of Program Management at Tensentric, a position held since May 2020, where responsibilities include directing the Program Management team and overseeing projects to achieve company objectives. Prior to this role, Trish was with Sparton Corporation from October 2002 to May 2020, serving as the Manager of Program Management. In this capacity, Trish was responsible for developing and implementing Program Management processes and policies, guiding program management staff, and collaborating with department leaders to define and prioritize strategic projects and programs.
