Renata Szado has a wealth of experience in the field of physiotherapy. Renata began their career in 2001 as a Fitness Assessor/Trainer for the Canadian Navy. Renata then worked as a Physiotherapist for Whistler Physiotherapy and Westside Physiotherapy and Hand Clinic in 2009, and for Dunbar Physio in 2013. In 2010, they took on the role of Teacher/Clinical Physiotherapist for Hogeschool van Amsterdam. In 2017, they became a Clinical Teaching Assistant at The University of British Columbia. In 2018, they began working as Lead- Excellence in Patient Care and Lead Physiotherapy Protocol Developer at TENZR by BioInteractive Technologies Inc., where they collaborated with medical teams and university leaders to bridge the gap between wearables and excellence in physiotherapy care.
Renata Szado earned their Master of Science (MScPT) in Physical Therapy/Therapist from Queen's University in 2007. Renata also holds an FCAMPT in Manual and Manipulative Therapy from the Federation of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy, which they are currently pursuing.
