Gunjan Mangla possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Sr. Manager - Product Support Services at TEOCO since June 2020. Prior roles include Sr. Solutions Architect at Ericsson, where focus was on Network Planning and Optimization for RAN Solutions, and a long tenure at TEOCO in the same capacity, overseeing Global Support Services across Europe, MENA, and APAC related to the Aircom RAN portfolio. Additional experience includes technical support roles at Lepton Software Export & Research and LG Systems India, as well as an RF Engineering position at Reliance Communications. Gunjan Mangla holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from Maharishi Dayanand University.
