Sigal Keinan

Sigal Keinan has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and testing. Sigal started their career in 1999 as a QA Engineer and Language Translation Specialist at Commtouch. From 2000 to 2005, they worked at TTI Telecom B.V., later acquired by TEOCO B.V., where they served as a QA Engineer and performed testing activities on various OSS products. In addition, they supported customers both locally and internationally and participated in presale activities. From 2005 to 2012, Sigal worked at TEOCO B.V. as an OSS Expert and QA Lead, where they managed testing programs, conducted E2E testing, and provided support to customers and offshore teams. Sigal then transitioned to the role of OSS Senior Expert, QA Lead, and Onsite Operation Expert, focusing on quality assurance and onsite operations at the company.

Sigal Keinan earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Behavioral Sciences, with a major in Human Resources, from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completing their studies from 1993 to 1996. Sigal then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, at the same university, graduating in 1998. In 1999, they attended John Bryce Israel to study Web Master, although the degree name is not specified.
