Marco Lahtinen

Marco Lahtinen is an experienced portfolio and product manager with a demonstrated history of leading strategic initiatives within various organizations. Currently serving as Portfolio Manager at Teosto since December 2021, Marco ensures alignment of the development portfolio with organizational objectives while continuously evaluating value delivery for customers. Previous roles include Product Owner for Teosto online services, managing the Kampus digital learning platform at Sanoma Learning, and leading portfolio management practices at Lingsoft Language Services Oy. Marco possesses extensive project management experience from positions in Edenred Finland and Nokia, where responsibilities ranged from managing agile software development teams to overseeing global IT solution programs. Entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Café Maku, a unique coffee shop concept. Educational background includes studies at Tampere University of Technology.
