Head Of Clinical Development at Teoxane Laboratories

Alexandra DELACOUR has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. DELACOUR is currently the Head of Clinical Development at Teoxane Laboratories, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Medtronic for 12 years, starting as a Clinical Research Associate in 2009 and progressing to the role of Senior Clinical Research Manager. In this role, they oversaw multiple clinical projects in Europe, managed milestones, budgets, and timelines, and collaborated with cross-business teams to maintain CE mark and expand market access for medical devices. DELACOUR also communicated and negotiated with ethic committees and competent authorities.

Before joining Medtronic, Alexandra worked as a post-doc at EPFL-CHUV Stem cell Dynamics Laboratory from 2004 to 2008, where they conducted research projects and was responsible for teaching, managing lab technicians, and supervising PhD students. Prior to that, they were a post-doc at CMU, UNIGE, Geneva from 2002 to 2004. DELACOUR also completed their PhD at the Epithelial Differentiation Laboratory, INSERM, from 1997 to 2001.

Alexandra Delacour completed their education from 1992 to 2001. DELACOUR started their academic journey at Université François Rabelais, Tours, where they pursued an IUT degree in Applied Biology and Biological Analyses from 1992 to 1994. Afterward, between 1994 and 1997, they attended Université Paris 7, where they obtained a Master's degree in Applied Genetics. Finally, from 1997 to 2001, they continued their studies at the same institution, Université Paris 7, and successfully completed their PhD in Developmental Biology.
