April Dustman

April Dustman has over 16 years of experience in human resources. April is currently working as a Human Resources Generalist at Tepa Companies since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Generalist at the City of Gladstone from August 2018 to November 2021. April also worked as a Human Resources Representative at Capitol Federal® Savings Bank from July 2012 to August 2018. Before that, April held positions at G&K Services, where they served as a Senior Human Resources Representative from April 2011 to February 2012, and as a Human Resources Representative from November 2008 to April 2011. April began their HR career as a Human Resources Generalist at Kohl's Department Stores, where they worked from February 2005 to November 2008.

April Dustman pursued their education in a systematic and focused manner. From 2001 to 2004, they attended Kansas State University, where they pursued a degree in Business Management with a field of study in Human Resources Management. After a successful completion of their undergraduate studies, they continued their educational journey at Baker University from 2010 to 2012. During this time, April pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a field of study in Business.
