Brian Rempel

Brian Rempel has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Brian began their career at Top Notch Heating, Cooling and Plumbing in 1992, where they held the positions of Office Manager and Controller. In these roles, they supervised daily office operations, managed accounts receivable, and oversaw all financial aspects of the company.

In 2005, Brian joined HNTB, a consulting firm. Brian initially worked as a Project Analyst, collaborating with project managers to support federally funded projects. Brian provided project analysis, financial and contract administration, and cash management for assigned projects.

Over the years, Brian took on increasingly senior positions at HNTB, including Office Business Manager for multiple Practices within the Federal Division and Business Operations Manager for multiple Practices within the Federal Business Unit. In these roles, they managed operating budgets, analyzed office performance, and played a key role in resolving financial and operational issues.

In 2016, Brian joined Tepa Companies as their Business Manager - Project Controls, Professional Services. Brian later became the Director of Project Excellence, Professional Services Division, and is currently serving as the Project Controls Manager.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated their expertise in financial management, budgeting, analysis, and project administration. Brian has consistently displayed their ability to support and lead teams, implement best business practices, and achieve performance goals.

Brian Rempel earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Economics from Tabor College. Brian'seducation at the college concluded in 1991.
