Kaapo Liede

Kaapo Liede is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including electronics manufacturing and business development. Currently serving as Managing Director and CEO of TEPCOMP Group since October 2021, Kaapo previously held the position of Managing Director at CANPACK Finland Oy and spent seven years at Enics as General Manager for China, overseeing operations across two factories and managing P&L responsibilities. Kaapo's career also includes significant positions at Elcoteq, where responsibilities included managing a large electronics manufacturing facility in Beijing and leading business development efforts. Kaapo's entrepreneurial experience includes a partnership at Marsden Paving, along with valuable roles in marketing and liaison capacities at Universal Business Network and Fujitsu ICL Computers Ltd. Kaapo holds a marketing education from the Institute of Marketing in Helsinki and has a strong background in engineering and product support.
