Mikko Puuppo

Mikko Puuppo has extensive experience in the electronics manufacturing services industry, currently serving as the Head of Business at TEPCOMP since June 2022 and as the Founder of MPu Ventures, providing consultation support to small and medium-sized companies facing EMS industry challenges since February 2024. Previously, Mikko held various roles at Enics, including PMO for a supply chain task force aimed at improving operational and financial performance during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as Senior Manager of the Sales Office and Project Manager for a Working Capital Management Project. Mikko's earlier career includes positions at Flextronics, Microcell, and Elcoteq, where responsibilities ranged from NPI Buyer to Production Quality Engineer and Prototype Manager.
