Chris Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chris is currently the Head of Field Operations at Tepeo, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, from January 2018 to June 2023, they worked at Google as a Strategic Partner Manager. In their role, they managed partnerships and strategic alliances.
Before joining Google, Chris was the Pro Channel Field Manager in the UK at Nest from May 2015 to December 2017. Here, they oversaw the management and operations of the pro channel business.
From January 2013 to April 2015, they served as the Commercial Marketing Manager at Rexel Northern Europe, where they were responsible for analytical support and efficient management of commercial data. Chris also led the implementation of CRM for the UK branch. Prior to this, from April 2009 to January 2013, they worked as the Commercial & Market Intelligence Manager at Rexel, supporting the UK and Ireland Commercial Team with data analysis and market comparison.
Chris started their career at Senate Electrical as a Logistics Administrator from August 2006 to April 2009. Chris then moved on to Hertsmere Leisure, where they worked as a Theatre Technician from May 2000 to August 2006. In this role, they were part of a team responsible for the setup and operation of live shows, including rigging, lighting, sound, and stage crew duties.
Chris Hughes attended Chancellors School from 1995 to 2002, where they completed their secondary education. From 2002 to 2006, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) degree in Business Information Systems at the University of Hertfordshire.
