Kristen Pavese

Instructional Technology Specialist at Teq

Kristen Pavese has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kristen started their career in 1995 as a student at Kings Park Central School, where they gained valuable educational experience until 2007. In 2011, Kristen worked at Hauppauge Public Schools as a Leave Replacement, where they temporarily took over an AIS classroom to assist students with test preparation and reading and writing skills.

Afterwards, in 2011, they joined Massapequa High School as a Permanent Substitute, assuming the duties of regular classroom teachers and presenting prepared lessons. Kristen also helped in planning for instructional activities.

From 2012 onwards, Kristen worked at Teq, where they held two different roles. First, they served as an Executive Member of Office Services from April 2012 to August 2013. Later, they transitioned to the role of an Instructional Technology Specialist, a position they currently hold. Additional details regarding their tenure in this role are not provided.

Kristen Pavese obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a focus on Secondary Education, from Marist College between 2007 and 2011. Kristen further pursued their studies at Touro University from 2012 to 2015, earning a Masters of Science degree in Special Education 7-12. Kristen'sfield of study during this time was Special Education and Teaching.
