Max Ruffo has a long history of work experience. From 1999 to 2004, they worked in various businesses. In 2004, they became a Research Associate & Technology Consultant at AMRG and AMC @ Loughborough University. In 2007, they moved on to be R&D / Department Manager at AMRC with Boeing. In 2009, they became a Member of the Professional Review Commitee at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as an Independent Management Consultant at Innovange. In 2012, they began working at Terabee, where they started as responsible for technical development and operations, eventually becoming the Chief Executive Officer in July 2013.
Max Ruffo obtained a Lyceum diploma from Liceo Scientifico Serpieri in a scientific and humanistic field. Max then went on to earn a Laurea from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in Mechanical Engineering. Finally, they obtained a PhD from Loughborough University in the Impact of Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) on Business Management. Additionally, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
