Paul Lenfest

Paul Lenfest currently serves as the SVP of Strategy & Transformation and previously held the role of SVP of Business Process Re-Engineering at Teradata since August 2022. Prior to this, Paul Lenfest spent over two decades at PTC, where Paul progressed through multiple leadership positions, including DVP of Central Operations, Chief Customer Officer & Customer Success Operations DVP, and SVP of Customer Service, among others. Early in Paul's career at PTC, Paul held roles such as VP of Customer Service for Europe & Asia and Director of Technical Support for Europe. Paul Lenfest earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering with an Aerospace interest from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
