Colleen Hayes, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Colleen most recently served as the VP of Strategic Marketing for the Robotics Group at Teradyne, where they led the global branding and messaging efforts based on customer insights. Prior to that, they were the Head of Global Customer Marketing & Events for the Mainframe Division at Broadcom Inc., where they successfully executed integrated marketing campaigns and built executive relationships with top enterprise customers.
Before that, Colleen held the position of Director of Market Development at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they led growth strategies and marketing campaigns for a global laboratory equipment and technologies business. Colleen also played a key role in the go-to-market strategy for the connected lab, contributing to the growth of the laboratory products division.
Earlier in their career, Colleen held multiple positions at IBM, including Director of Global Entrepreneurship and Director of Marketing. In these roles, they led various strategic initiatives to attract startups, develop ecosystems, and drive marketing campaigns for enterprise software solutions. Colleen also held marketing and strategy leadership positions at both local and global levels within IBM, focusing on driving top-line revenue growth through pipeline building and global marketing campaigns.
Colleen's career started at Mall of America, where they served as the Manager of Tourism and Group Sales. During their time there, they contributed to the success and reputation of the mall as a top tourist destination in the country.

Colleen Hayes, MBA, pursued their higher education at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained their MBA in Management. Prior to this, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of St. Thomas, earning a BA in Communications. In 2020, Colleen Hayes also obtained a certification in Developing Executive Presence from LinkedIn.
