Drew Adams

Drew Adams has extensive experience in tax and finance roles. Drew is currently working as the Global Tax Director at Teradyne, where they focus on optimizing the company's global tax position and managing tax provision and compliance. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President Finance at RSA Security, overseeing accounting, tax functions, and global tax planning and compliance. Drew also held the position of Vice President, Tax and Treasury at CIRCOR International, Inc., where they made strategic decisions related to capital deployment and managed day-to-day operations in tax and treasury. Before that, they were the Vice President, Chief Tax Officer at PerkinElmer, Inc., responsible for global tax matters, compliance, and tax optimization strategies. Drew also has experience in tax planning and documentation at Covidien and EMC Computer Systems, where they held various senior director roles. Drew started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in IRS services.

Drew Adams has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Boston College. Drew also has a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Suffolk University Law School and an LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. Additionally, they obtained a Master's in Finance from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School. Drew has a certification in JD from the Massachusetts Bar Association. Drew also studied Law at Brasenose College, Oxford University, England.
