Ilan Shimony

Ilan Shimony has held various positions throughout their work experience. Ilan is currently the Chief Architect at Terafence, a role they have held since March 2019. Prior to that, they worked at SatixFy as a VLSI Principal Engineer from August 2014 to March 2019. Ilan also co-founded TangoTec Ltd. and served as a Principle Engineer from March 2011 to July 2014. Before that, Ilan Shimony was a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Altera from November 2008 to December 2010. Ilan also worked as a Solution Architect at MIPS Technologies from October 2007 to August 2008. Prior to that, they were a Senior Architect at IBM from May 2002 to September 2007. Ilan Shimony co-founded Charlotte's Web Networks and served as the Chief Architect from May 1998 to November 2001. Ilan also worked at 3Com (Nicecom) as a Hardware team leader and project manager from 1992 to 1998. Ilan'scareer began at National Semiconductors where they worked as a Chip design senior engineer from 1988 to 1992.

Ilan Shimony earned a BSEE degree from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, specializing in the Department of Electronics Engineering from 1985 to 1988.
