Garcia Holness

Garcia Holness is an experienced professional in network operations and customer support, currently serving as the Network Operations Center Manager at TeraGo since September 2008. In this role, Garcia manages a technical team dedicated to providing responsive and knowledgeable support to business clients across Canada. Prior to this, Garcia held the position of Level 3 Network Specialist (Team Lead) at TeraGo, leading a customer-focused team to address service-related issues for existing clients. Garcia's career also includes supervisory experience at the Jamaica Tourism Development Company and a tenure at Jamaica Customs.
