Magdalena Pliskowska has a range of experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Magdalena is currently working as a Recruiter and Talent Sourcer CEE at Kingspan Insulated Panels CEE, where they manage end-to-end recruitment processes and develops effective sourcing strategies. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Housecall Pro, where they were responsible for finding and recruiting top talents in Poland. Before that, they held the role of Senior Human Resources Specialist at LEOCODE, where they focused on candidate experience and employee relations. Magdalena also worked as an HR & Employer Branding Partner at SolveQ, where they supported the company's HR needs. Earlier in their career, they worked at Gibbs Hybrid as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant and as an IT Recruitment Consultant. Magdalena also worked at 8Bit as a Video Games Industry Recruiter, where they represented the company at conferences and completed projects for top clients. Magdalena started their career as a Talent Scout at Try Catch and as a Recruitment Specialist at Aspire Systems, where they were involved in recruitment tasks and HR/marketing responsibilities. Magdalena has experience in opening new offices and coordinating employer branding strategies.

Magdalena Pliskowska's education history is as follows:

From 2006 to 2009, they attended the University of Gdansk and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.

From 2009 to 2011, they continued their education at the University of Gdansk and earned a Master's degree in Political Science and Government with a focus on the Faculty of Political System and Self-Government.

In 2010 and 2011, they also pursued postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management at Gdansk University of Technology.

From 2012 to 2013, they enrolled in postgraduate studies at the University of Gdansk, specializing in Labour Law.

In terms of additional certifications, in December 2020, they obtained a certification in "Wywiad behawioralny" from SIGMUND Polska. Furthermore, in February 2021, they acquired a certificate in "Mediacje (certyfikat mediatora)" from Centrum Szkoleń Prawnych.
